PROPANE CONTRACTS

At AV Energy LLC, we understand the importance of managing your fuel costs efficiently. Our contracts offer you a convenient way to maintain financial predictability throughout the year. Our Budget Billing plans include:

1. Pre-Pay Contracts: Secure peace of mind by paying upfront for all of your propane needs for a specified period of time. Once paid, you will be seamlessly incorporated into a delivery route, ensuring you receive timely propane deliveries throughout the contracted months.
   
   
2. Fixed-Pay Contracts: Estimate your propane needs for a specified period of time, and at the end of each month, we’ll bill you for the delivered propane. Timely payments will automatically schedule your next delivery, maintaining a continuous cycle throughout the contracted months.
   *Failure to make timely payments will result in the termination of your contract.
   
   
3. Even Pay Contracts: Provide an estimate of your gallon usage, and we will establish a fixed price. This amount is evenly distributed across the contract months, ensuring consistent monthly payments.
   *If you use up the contracted gallons and need an additional delivery during the contracted months, it will be priced at the truck rate. You will be responsible for both the delivery cost and your monthly equal pay amount.
